Your Caregiving Journey
This journey is not all light, and it’s not all darkness.
It’s learning to walk forward while holding both—
the grief, the love, the exhaustion, and the beauty.
What matters most is that you don’t walk it alone.

About Me

This work became personal for me long before it became professional. I cared for my mother as we navigated Lewy Body Dementia together, and that experience changed the way I understand caregiving, loss, and what people truly need when things feel uncertain and overwhelming.
Through those years, I learned that caregiving isn’t just about managing care or making the right decisions. It’s about showing up with compassion, offering steady support, and honoring someone’s dignity — even in the hardest moments. It’s also about supporting the caregiver, who is carrying far more than anyone realizes.
With over 20 years of caregiving experience, including dementia care and end‑of‑life support, I bring both lived experience and professional training into the work I do. I support individuals and families through the emotional, practical, and grieving parts of caregiving—with calm presence, respect, understanding, no judgement, and lots of heart.
I want caregivers and their loved ones to feel seen, informed, supported, and never alone. Whether you’re caring for someone you love, facing an end‑of‑life journey, or simply trying to find your footing as a caregiver, my goal is to offer a space that feels safe, compassionate, and steady.
Every journey is different.
There are moments that are incredibly hard—and moments that are unexpectedly meaningful.
I’m honored to walk alongside individuals and families through both, offering clarity, reassurance, and steady support along the way.
And if you need to hear this today:
You don’t have to do this alone.
I’ve got you.

Every caregiving and loss journey is deeply personal. There is no one right way to move through it—and no need to do it alone.
I offer compassionate, one-on-one support that meets you where you are—emotionally, practically, and spiritually. Whether you are caring for a loved one, navigating the final stages of life, or finding your way through grief, we will move together at a pace that feels gentle, respectful, and right for you.

Caregiving can be deeply meaningful—and deeply overwhelming.
My caregiver coaching and consulting services are designed to support you, the caregiver, as you navigate dementia, serious illness, or complex family care dynamics. These sessions may be emotionally supportive, educational, or a blend of both, depending on what you need most.
Support may include:
- Emotional support and validation
- Processing grief, guilt, and anticipatory loss
- Boundary-setting and burnout prevention
- Creating sustainable routines and care plans
- Dementia education and caregiving strategies
- Guidance through complex or difficult decisions
- Reconnecting with yourself beyond the caregiving role
These sessions are a space to feel heard, supported, and steadied—so you can continue caregiving with clarity, compassion, and self-respect.
End-of-Life & Family Support

End-of-life care is about more than logistics—it is about comfort, dignity, meaning, and honoring a life.
I provide calm, compassionate support for individuals and families navigating the final stages of life. Together, we create space for clarity, reflection, and meaningful connection—always at a pace that feels right.
Support may include:
- End-of-life planning and gentle guidance
- Meaningful conversations and emotional presence
- Emotional and spiritual support for individuals and families
- Legacy projects to preserve memories, stories, and values
- Reassurance and support during the dying process
My role is to offer steadiness during an uncertain time—helping families feel supported, informed, and deeply held through this transition.
Grief & Loss Support

Grief does not follow a timeline—and it often begins long before a loss occurs.
I offer compassionate grief support for individuals and families experiencing anticipatory grief, active loss, or life after loss. These sessions provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to process what you’re carrying, without pressure to “fix” or rush your grief.
Support may include:
- One-on-one grief support sessions
- Space to process complex emotions with care
- Gentle grounding tools and coping strategies
- Support integrating loss while honoring your loved one
- Workshops or group sessions (when available)
Grief support is about being witnessed, supported, and gently guided as you find your footing again.
